Mentoring and executive coaching

You'll see from my credentials that I have worked my way through the business world, holding management roles, marketing roles, finance roles and leading organisations.  I've been a regulator too.  
 

What I have learned is that people, for good or bad, make the difference in a business.  Nothing else really matters.  If you don't get the people right, you don't have a business.  And if  you're not in the right frame of mind, how can you expect others to follow your lead?

Over the last 15 years, I have sought out the best ways to help people to achieve higher levels, sometimes beyond their expectations.  All it takes is the ability to listen, to feedback and to encourage.  But I found that that's not easy.  So that's why I set out to build up my experience and qualifications in mentoring and coaching.

In the last 15 years I have worked with C-suite members of listed companies, up and coming professionals, partners and directors in advisory firms, founders of growth companies, graduates, job changers and those stuck at a certain point in their career.  In many different sectors and from many different backgrounds and experiences.
